At Wild Berry Incense, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused incense or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our distribution center in Oxford, Ohio.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
